Any mistake gets they make the salary cuttings..... Company Manegement and HR Department specially Kishor HR Waste candidate and attitude person... He had no manners How to Talk with employees... So I suggest won't join this company not spoil to your future.... Tqqq

Work pressure is too high for sincere employees & senior officials politics were high & they didn't reveal their mistakes & they'll impose their failures on their subordinates. There's no job security at all.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is descent but there's no career growth. There is no proper training given to fresh joiners...work pressure is too high for sincere workers..recommended employees will be given preference.

Very worst working culture and very bad language they are using. If you are doing job that means they will treat you like labour with very bad language. Work and personal life balance is not here and securities behaviour like your boss

There is no option to rate it minus the worst management and worst hr department.no benefits to employees at all ... No one is happy with the company's increments and their policies.... Literally they block the freshers with the bond.. without any leaves ..lot of people apply soaps to the management and the management is happy with their performance rather than who is having knowledge and skills ... MD needs PA and that PA needs 4 more PA's under her to cover up herself and she is usel ... Nothing is there to talk about this company lot of pressure to those who only work otherwise the soap batch cannot survive without hardworking people here.. canteen is one more tragedy to describe.. they give worst food to everyone and one suggestion to all freshers and experience people don't join this company and after joining this company anyway hr people will lock with bond and you yourself should hit your heads with hammer .. so better don't join this company ... " Jobless is better than covalent " .
