Their is nothing to like about the CDS. Its like bus stand with no destination to go. So please don't opt this company as I have worked around 3years.. with no benifits and only torture.

Salary and compensation, the tech stack is not updated as the current trend. Location based preference and politics. Not many things as we do as a research is implemented.

No flexibility while working in some projects Yearly hike is affected and not much hike No travel faciltity No process, projects are built in haste and you may have to work weekends sometimes

If you know how to play politics, this company good for lead and above. Good company for freshers.

Don’t like management No Job security Any time they can call and tell that this is your last day. They don’t follow corporate ethics- once you resign they feel that you’re an enemy of them. They don’t even say hi.
