Nothing is there to like about, very bad hr policies, 15 plus hour shifts no extra pay for extra work, worst company of the world, don't spoil your future by joining this company.

Worst place to work, no job security, senior managers are partial towards male employees.

My teammates were awesome at Covalense and my Manager too. The HR team is helpful except a few.

Dislikes

The salary is credited on 5th of every month, also the final settlement is too late, it took 2 months for my final settlement. The high level management should be more professional as they more importance to revenue generation projects compared to other projects.

Worked at their major client in BRM domain, facilities at client place were good MacBook pro, free food, snacks, cab facility though I never used, i heard it was good The client boasts that they are Best Employer, if they take contractor's review, they will come 1st from bottom

Full biased towards boot lickers Gender equality is a myth here, only female employees will be given priority During release times if someone is on death bed and if you are on emergency leave for 4days and by the time you are back, get ready for pickup

This is the place where one can improve their skills and contribute in the projects. Good work environment and work-life balance.

Bad politics is growing a little bit. I need to get used to it or I may need to play good politics ;) One can understand with the people who are on the bench. May be I am wrong.

Likes

Covalense just uses and throws it's employees. It abandons the employees in the crisis time. You should only opt to join this company if there is no other options and move on as soon as there is an opportunity.

Management with no integrity and ethics.
