👎👎👎👎👎👎👎Very very very bad worst experience worst manegment.. Didn't pay may vacations pay or flight tickets four years and 3 years I suffered to get my salary on time 4 months to 6 months delay... After all I dint get my 14 months salery and not even the full an final. Stupid people.. They are the worst people on this earth chetars who cheated the full clients even in the name of vacation holidays

As a working experience in country vacation is good because of every one I supported. Working invormemt is healthy, so I am happy to work here..

Dislikes

Growth opportunity is less than compare to other organizations and salary package also not good for experience persons..

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
