...gement is transparent. There is a good cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are liberal, appraisals are fair and they give good salary. They do not provide any bonus and perk.

There is a lot of policies and the management does not address our issues. Salary is not decent also career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Yiu will hardly find anything good to discuss in any platform. Paradise for BOOT LICKERS Typical LALA work culture No scope of advancing/propelling in career for othwr than boot lickers. You pay bribe for even withdrawing your PF and Gratuity to the HR professionals. There is a gang of boot lickers(hod) who play around with careers of mid management guys by providing false info to the owner. Pathetic place to work.

I like the view location only Nothing else.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is not decent and career growth is slow. And the food which is provided to us is not like to eat animals. In summers they don't switch on the AC at time of lunch break and tea break.

Job security issue,after the pandemic they did not answer any of my phone calls nor called me back again, after 10 months they just asked me for resing and not given any relevant answer.I wanted to continue my job but I couldn't do anything.

Long duty hours, less pay scale, short man power, reason being no leaves on time, no promotions for long time, only few employees are rewarded by the company who does buttering to the HOD or the Managers, Very bad Management.
