15 to 16 hours work on daily basis without any extra pay salery bhe 4 ko ate hai every month,sab gali de kar baat karte,kise ki koi problem nahi samjhta , chaplusie karte sab ek dusre ki,very odd shift time and bhut dure transfer karte hai

The Compensation disparity between employee at same post , and not giving enough compensation as per other teams. HR policy is worst same post but different salary

...ivers boys have come before 3 : 30 am. 1 minute late means loss of 100 rupees If somebody stoles customer’s product from his home so that’s cost also debit from delivery boys salary Every single mistake can made penalty, starts from 100 and has no ends Every delivery boys wants to work but only with these strictness all delivery boys getting worried about their jobs security All delivery boys trying to give there best performance but most rules of company + Our manager Anmol makes insecurity for delivery boys job

Worst experience, they just cut ur salary without no reason, No proper response, managers are not upto managers level. They won't provide salary slips and no details about PF provide by the company.. no job security, if you complain regards any culture, you will be targeted.
