Starting from the beginning - 1. Red Flag. Red Flag. Red Flag. 2. No interview evaluation process. 3. No respect for the candidates, you can guess how bad it can be once you turn into an employee. 4. Ideally the employer's contribution shouldn't be included in employee CTC, but they do, which violates the law (paragraph 31 of the act). 5. The D2C manager doesn't have any clue how to talk, negotiate let alone the market. 6. She went on extreme lengths to disrespect me by threatening me uncountable times, using this line 'then sorry we cannot move forward with you'. 7. Whenever I have raised questions or queries (eg: policies, terms and conditions) she has threatened to revoke the offer. 8. She uses terms like 'use chatgpt or google' when asked the meaning of certain lines. 9. Policies include - free coffee (500 rs voucher a month). 10. In interview they'll say they work mon-fri, but in the offer letter Saturday's are mentioned as 'reading days' and if required they'll make you work, which they'll obviously do. 11. Nothing, absolutely nothing is clearly written in the offer letter, the D2C manager who took my interview and was my point of contact has no clue about half of the things. 12. Lastly, keeping everything aside I never applied for the job, and all through the interview and hiring processing she kept trying to belittle and threaten me. (I think that's how she wanted to win the upperhand.)
