Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

...job security, when cotton season comes end they discontinued without intimation. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is no bond . On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...ed the job, but there was some several issues like wise it is my personal issue. It has 8k salary. Sunday holiday is not available. And multitasking staff has work like moisture reading and computerised.

...8 'o' clock pm. It is contractual for 3 months only. As implied on notification. Insufficient salary. And strict thorough work. Felt stress while communicating and non-mistake taunts in several.etc.

Permanent employees are not support the out sourcing employees 😞

There is a lot of political and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow permanent employees are not supported there is a 1 year contract completed. In the job training is not giving to new joinees.

It is good organization but the employe contract period is short term 6 months or 5 months only but gives a attaractive salary to employees.Now I am decided I don't want to join these type of temporary jobs I am looking for a good job & attractive salary and permenant job
