Engineers working at the customer site do not get quick responses and help from the office team,the site team has not been given increment for the last April 2023.

Some people's are really supported for each activity Company provide training of every freshers with also give a pay.

12 hrs duty in shop floor without extra overtime. Politics in between Production and head office employees. Production managers behaviour not good against new people's.

There are around 20+ offices, but all are offices are running like individual companies, no support from other branches, every office have their own rules, or may be only the office where I work have their own rules, TA/DA are very difficult to pass.
