Dislikes

Bias management, food quality for crew is very low, more focused on cost cutting, unplanned joinings for crew, life onboard works more on connections instead of professionalism, nationality bias, promotions for incapable crew.

All managers are having different style to work they are not following company' rule that why I don't like it

Geeting very lees salary that salary is not enough for indian because now india is totally different all the things which is we buy here is expensive

I have learning lots, for habbits, culinary knowledge, crew activities. And goods leaders and supervision and fantastic Salary. Etc.

...on't even care if the Crew gets their breaks on time. They dont follow the laws. They make you work for long hours(13-14) and only pay you for 11 hours and amend the clock-in/clock-out timings.
