Will get a chance to learn from management and Directors how not to treat employees well.

Dislikes

Toxic work culture and delay decision making. Micromanaging, extreme criticism, insistence on policies over employees. Directors attitude towards employee was extremely bad and no job security.

*Top level Management: 90% problem is there *Job security:expect the worst,One day you will get an invitation for an interview For review meeting.No matter what you said at the end you will get fired.it happened multiple times. *Working hours: hectic 11 continuous hours without Overtime.I don't know how they are successfully established 11 hours where 8-9 hours work time is implemented By the Law it self
