Work life balance is good only at the head office. Corporate office infra is good, working environment is cool. Discipline is good.

Dislikes

...er for people at circle level is horrible. Uniform system at corp office is bad. Salary is far below expectations. Fake promises are made and to compensate it they give sweet talks and false hope to employees. Growth opportunity is poor. Promotion hierarchy was terrible when I left 3 years back , don't know about present.

Work life balance is good, employees are very friendly in nature, I had a family like experience with the top management as well. All this applies only to head office which is located at Jaipur, Rajasthan.

...cture is not good ( at circles ) . Female staff is very very low in the circles. Attrition rate is high again because of high pressure and low salary. I would recommend Cosmo to a person who is ready to take a lot of heat and work at low salary 😉
