While I truely appreciate the overall aspects of the company like the team dynamics and great work life balance and environment, I think the overall financial compensation structure needs significant improvement, otherwise it's a great place to work.

Have completed 6 months in this company now and the experience has been really amazing, Good work life balance , amazing team and managers, workload is balanced , less office politics, work from home benefits, good for people who are interested in making a career in brand protection and intellectual property.

salary is good but can be better, heard they are offering better packages now, hope the increment is better.
