Not a Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and but management is not transparent. Company policies are good but only in books not in applications, appraisals are not so bad but bonus is provided every year which is again deducted from your actual CTC.

Managers from chennai are too bad..... frustrating peoples and always shouting....even if you planned leave one month ago they will frustrate you and saying it will be LOP and not approving leaves... Partiality is on peak 👍

... you are good scorer on that exam company will eliminate you without any reason. (Note: During the Training period they will not provide any salary instead of that we need to expanses for everything company will never take any responsibilities for the employee & also you are not supposed to take leave @ any cost even you have severe health issues you need to go for company). Simply they are just playing with the Employee's dream mentality & breaking their confidences. As a friend I'm just saying one thing please don't trust Corrohealth company.
