...n ones as follows - 1. Directionless founder with no knowledge of the domain 2. No salary on time 3. Discrimination and favoritism based on (Region, Caste, Color, Religion, etc) are rampant 4. Honestly there is nothing one can like working in this organisation

Dislikes

There is absolutely no professionalism here. The founder wants everyone to work for free without asking for the compensation. No culture of positivity thrives in the organisation and everyone has to suffer because of payment delays. Even the vendor partners have to suffer because they take services/products from them and ghost them when it comes to pay them.
