The only good thing about this company is that they give chance to the freshers.

Everything. Toxic work culture. Partiality. They treat employee as their labor. Salary always delayed for 15 days. They only give priorities to higher profiles. If someone is 10mins late/ due to some emergency someone wants go before 20 min of working hours their salary will be deducted and considered the day as half day. You need to provide proof for your EL. Termination threatning for silly things. Even you work for 2 year and wants to leave on a short notice period. They will not provide any certificate. they will not let you work at peace neither they let you leave that place on peace.. theres many more to say. Its more like a hell. And the good reviews are given by their employees only.. kindly go through the details before joining over there.

Company is running completely scam. There is no salary slip, offer letter and no decent salary, employee id and forget about PF. But timing will be 9hrs per day. If you late 2min late. That day will be half day. Means i was working there 9hrs per day but there is no proof that i was working there. Please don't join in this company. Nothing is there.

...orate ranking!! Dislikes - - HR are just robots, they won't do anything for you. - Salary has a bad policy . You'll be getting whole November salary in December 20(what a ridiculous policy). I've worked there for 10 days and worked upto the mark , they didn't provide me salary! - Leave policy - you can only take 2 CLs in 4 months of provision, after that you'll get 1 CL per month. And you have to inform prior 7 days that you're going to take a leave on a certain date otherwise they'll charge LOP. EL is once in 6 months , but you can only take an EL for you or your parents medical health. And if you don't have a doc they'll charge 1 lop, if you don't have EL or doc they'll Charge 2 lop in a single day !! Wht a policy?! - 10 hours of working, you're not allowed to go out, you can not eat snacks in the working hours, can't even see phone and only 30 mins is a break (strict rules) - they'll threaten you that if you use phone we'll terminate you, you can't even eat anything while working. - if you talk anything, make sure that you're visible in cameras, and they always listen your chats , wht a company man!!! You'll get a call after that, why did you say these things we heard you from the camera nd all!! - Main thing, there's no work of data analyst, it's a scam !!! You have to harvest data from 10000-15000 per day and that's it , it's a data entry work!! .. - you'll be working in an office, which is so unstructured, you won't see proper washroom, taps not running well, wifi not running well , HRs only tell you what not to do that's it !! Where you may have to work for 10 hours instead of 9.5 hours. Saturday is no leave (even if it's mentioned in indeed) - Data analyst aspirants, don't ruin your time, energy here because these work will never help you in the future, it's a data entry work!! - very strict rules !!! Don't comply!! You'll regret after you join this company as a data analyst!!. - no offer letter is given , only after working 10 days you'll get an offer letter !! - According to company reach , they have a very tough policy, but a very poor management!! - even my HR didn't know , wht a data analyst do in this company, they'll tell you it's 50% data analyst 50% lead generation. But it's completely data entry operator work !! Don't join this company, my honest review!! #corporateranking

Everything. No service provided to clients. No salary paid to employees. Mr Vineet Swain is a fraud hiding at bhuwaneswar and running operations from kolkata and duping people's hard earned money.

Unprofessional management and mangers, toxic work culture,no worklife balance, no salary,You don't have voice to keep your opinion,14hrs they will force you to work per day, The managers(HR Manager) specially treat employees like a slave You will not only join the company for work but also you have to serve to the mangers like they will ask you to bring snacks by your own money which makes you feel like you are a housekeeper not employee
