Most of the company policy are not good like they provide salary on 7th, 2 month notice period, 1 month salary hold on notice period, they do not provide cab on your last working day etc...

As I joined Coronis Health recently, its been 3 months working with this company , I feel so good to be a part of this company, If I talk about management , management is very supportive and always encourage , every one gets equal opportunities . Besides this Company also do Fun activities for there Employees by which they can show there Talent.

One thing which I dislike about this company is that salary is not that much good which I was expecting and Carrier vise found very slow growth .

Only Salary , Terrible management, Good and eligible person doesnt stay here, all have left this company. New borne branch in India without proper mangement. HR tend to be nice at the time of joining, If you are serving notice then you will the real face of the HR. Dont serve notice period here, else you will cry at the time of F&F.

Everything except some people are genuine who are working here. They wants to leave but other company cant offer them that much salary.

...bout handling pressure and improving you skill. Sit and earn will not work here. Company is good in term of salary, incentive and support( hardworker). If possible, I would love to rejoin with add on skills in future. Thankyou Coronis team

Office Location and locker room setup. Please setup office in gurgaon location too.

Even in the lock down period company paid the full salary that's what I like the most and this company is really nice but the people in lower management specially the managers are super ploliticals.

Dislikes

Unfair decisions, company policies are not adhere by theanagees itself, few get promoted 180 degree with no good job done and making other capable people cornered, also promotion policies are breaked. You have to show case work extensions.
