1.salary increments are very less need to work more and stretch more But no timely and good increments.. 2.Rules and practices are different if they likes n knows u well then u r well treated if not actual rules and games comes to role.... 3.well education on work is not enough well education on caste and politics is most important...

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive.Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.And lock down period they given salary and all facility which is provided our company.
