1) High Politics 2) Non Competence people who are not even graduate are deputy manager and Manager, & people who are graduate from good colleges, have to work under non graduate people with zero technical knowledge. 3) Favouritism is Followed in Company. 4) Working at Extended hours, with no extra benefits for maintenance people, and still no motivation from senior. 5) late night phone calls from Maintenance managers to attend breakdown after non working hours, because less people and no shift engineer available in maintenance. 6) If you Join in Maintenance then you have to available 24X7 on Calls. 7) Very Very much poor , work life balance for maintenance people 8) Old Staff, also does not Support new ly joined person.
