... Messed organisation structure Travel compensation promised will not be paid Salary is not paid on time. Lack of communication among the senior management which makes the startup more messy.

Nothing. Very bad experience. First they don't provide proper training but give hefty targets and make you travel like anything. Your sales leads/credits will be snached by manager. Illogical approach and bad management. They dont accept new ideas. Especially manager from south wants to be the only king in the company who doesnt want others to perform well because hes afraid others will surpass him. People under him havent worked for more than 2 months. One man show, no team work. Management not sure what they are doing. Focused on targets but not systems. Haha. People here give false hope to employees as well as their customers. They make them invest a huge amount and don't even bat an eye after payment is received. Totally not a good place to work.
