Policies are very bad. They keeps employee's original certificate. Salary is always middle of the month. You always get your increment in cash. So that you can't show this to your next company.

They provide a very good quality of training.. Specially Joydeb Sir will give you training who is a very experienced person.. You need to put effort during training otherwise you won't learn..

Salary is very low (trainee 5k/month only).. and training period also is very less.. working hours is almost 10 hours.. alternative saturday off

I'm writing this review for Corelynx. Had worked there 1 yr as BDM. Honestly if you're an intern don't join if you're a sales/marketing pundit don't join. As all your efforts are gonna go down the drain, you will not learn anything nor will get any appreciation for your works. As the management never listens to you and they put their ideas on you and when that fails blame comes to your head only. idea their, way of execution their when it fails it's your fault. ₹0 marketing budget spending. Now let me tell you something about some people of the org. First CEO Mr. Manash the man knows what he is good at but due to ego and arrogance not willing to upgrade themselves and too much dependent on chatgpt for ideas pulling him down. Biggest red flag is his wife and company CMO Mrs.Shampa Bagchi, who knows nothing about marketing and still thinks SEO is the only way of marketing in 2024 for B2B. Her arrogance is killing Mr.Manash upscale plans as well and poor decision making. Last but not least Mr Sujoy Chatterjee Sr. Project manager who knows nothing about work and handling product management just how it should not be done. Hiring and firing interns and associates left n right and mgmt trusts him blindly. As these men are unwilling to upgrade themselves and not open to new ideas when hiring new talents, Sad. Conclusion, no growth, no customers and complete unprofessional HR and management. This is a honest review.

1. Work culture is so "UNCULTURED" , just like "Madam Maya" ( read Madam Shampa Bagchi) 2. The trashed resource ( read, prized possession of Shampa Bagchi) Sujoy Chatterjee, is so pathetic that his team members hate him from the core of their hearts. But you need to learn from this guy how to be a servile flatterer. But he chooses to taste the heels of Shampa Bagchi, instead of the boots of Manash Chaudhuri ( the poor husband of Shampa Bagchi, a tortured soul) 3. No clear HR Policy is in place. Exit of the employees depends on the whims of Shampa Bagchi. Somebody gets their papers and money on time , somebody don't. Those who do not are usually good employees but not favourite of Sujoy Chatterjee and his dearest "Shampa Maam". I insist "dearest". 4. They abuse you pathetically and push you to the point of leaving your job. Sujoy Chatterjee, the right hand of Shampa Bagchi ( better say the pet of Shampa Bagchi) 5. Madam Maya, ( read Madam Shampa Bagchi) is the true personification of the proverb "An empty vessel sounds much". She knows nothing of the business and hence she tries to make all the efforts to make you wring. Even if you approach her with good ideas, your ideas will be trashed and then she will blame you for not giving inputs. 6. Basically their product is useless.. When you join, they are all big mouth about the product ConvergeHub but when you actually start the work you know there is nothing. They again compare it with Salesforce ( in the parallel Universe, I am sure) After reading all these if you still consider joining this company, do at your own risk. Pun intended: If you are married and planning to get a divorce, please join this company. Trust me, your husband/wife will get enough opportunities and reasons to get involved in an extramarital relationship when you won't be there to share family time.
