Work quality was good. Good place to learn and develop skills

Dislikes

Bad work life balance and compensation. Fake awarding system (everyone works hard and must be recognized type culture should exist instead of some fake competition)

Likes

It is the best company for fresher for stepping into VLSI domain. They have very good team which deals with complex level design and development of system on FPGA and processor. Very high learning curve as far as fresher is concerned.They will make u to uplift your carrier to new heights

Dislikes

They have a very poor retention rate, this is happening because of pay to skill ratio in external market for the same skill is very high compared to here.

Likes

Good work life balance. Heaven self learners, kind of learning on the go while working, so it needs dedication during initial stages of career. Flat hierarchy and good colleagues. Exposure to cross functional teams are good and even encouraged to learn the basics. Have access to learning resources from Xilinx AMD, Mentor Graphics Hyperlynx. Few technical leads are very knowledgeable and can be looked up to when starting career as fresher. In short - awesome for a fresher.

Dislikes

There is no variable pay or performance based incentives. HR policies are being updated but have a long way to go. Technical knowledge of new recruits are kind of questionable, need to have good recruitment process to find top minds. Deligation and hierarchy is not rigid - only beneficial for a fresher.

Likes

Salary and benefits while working outside corporate office. No contact from corporate office. They will not contact you and if you contact them, they will not allow you.

Dislikes

Political Environment, Manager only wants credits of work you have done in case of working outside corporate office. Very restricted environment. Don't ask for training and support.

Likes

Compensation is not as per market standard and especially PPS team manager is worst, if you say work can be done in another way then he directly infront of your team he says leave the company and doesn't provide a single Paisa hike. Company is not process oriented its people oriented. Even HR doesn't provide proper feedback. For experienced people it's not a good place especially PPS TEAM.

No work life balance and salary will be in penny and no hike
