Compensation is not as per market standard and especially PPS team manager is worst, if you say work can be done in another way then he directly infront of your team he says leave the company and doesn't provide a single Paisa hike. Company is not process oriented its people oriented. Even HR doesn't provide proper feedback. For experienced people it's not a good place especially PPS TEAM.

I faced discrimination from sadiya arshad. I was discriminated based on my race, language, color and caste. If you stand for your constitutional rights you'll be humiliated day in and day out. It peaked during my 2 year bond period. I can't digest the fact that this organization which supplies to indian army supports and encourages such things under their office premesis. Justice is always costly for common man, we can't afford it.

...ears in the company. But u were unable to work and left the job after two years. But the HR team will not give you the experience certificate which is fine as we didn't pay the signed bond amount of 3 lakhs. But also, if you get a job in other company, they found out the company name and call them and say that they cannot give job to this person as he did not have an experience letter with him. 4. This situation happened to like all the people who left the company before completion of service bond. 5. Seriously, how ridiculous it is keep a bond for 3 lakhs for a while three years for freshers. 6. Freshers are eager to get a job and they do not want to miss this opportunity and sign the bond. 7. The company is making this as a cash process even though the people who left the company worked like hell for complete 2 years for less salary in the company. 8. Do not join the company if you are fresher, because it's not worth it. 9. Do share this to people who want to work in VLSI design. 10. Lastly, I know this because, I worked in this company. But, learning wise you will learn a lot because you work like a dog and the manager will see you as a shit there.

Bad work life balance and compensation. Fake awarding system (everyone works hard and must be recognized type culture should exist instead of some fake competition)

Likes

It is the best company for fresher for stepping into VLSI domain. They have very good team which deals with complex level design and development of system on FPGA and processor. Very high learning curve as far as fresher is concerned.They will make u to uplift your carrier to new heights

They have a very poor retention rate, this is happening because of pay to skill ratio in external market for the same skill is very high compared to here.
