Company gives opportunity of fast track career growth for high performers. It invests and focusses a lot on learning and development. An employee is always increasing his/her value by way of learning new skills. open culture is encouraged. Employees can surely take a benefit of this growing organization.

nothing as such... may be that it opens up offices in few more major cities

Never ever ever join this organization if you want to have peace of mind. You never know when they will fire you. They cal themselves as big data Analytics organization but the project they have are shit. Most of the projects are related to Data Engineering kind of work and lots of report generation and Automation kind of stuff. The project managers set unrealistic deadlines which are never met. They keep on pushing the deadlines after project begin. There will be period of time you are not sure when your part of work will come your way. They have laid off around 20% of workforce in India in pretext of Covid but few days after laying off they again started hiring for high paying senior positions. Managers just to save their job laid off people

Dislikes

Managers with no experience in data science are leading data science team. There are managers in Pune who are just doing operation kind of work and taking home hefty package. And they are the ones responsible for laying off defying government order.

No support at all, instead of supporting their employees they did layoffs, As a fresher I have started my journey with more dreams but due to this lay offs I was left in the middle of the sea.

Company gives good scope to work and learning and i am pucky ti have such a good team who helps each other and work as a team.

We can't say such dislike but company needs to motivate people who are trying their best to work for company
