Working at a project on a raputed client like NPCIL . This is a chance to getting more knowledge from NPCIL.

Dislikes

... very bad & no job sequrity. After joining pressurized to employees sign a bond. If you not sign that bond than your salary was go on hold. This is a core culture.

No Support from parent company, Salary is fixed to 22550 per month without any other allowances, No increment in salary, No Performance Bonus, Nothing to learn, 24x7 work culture, No leaves & if taken any then salary will be deducted and warning letter will be issued, Delayed Payment of Reimbursements, Overall job in not promising.
