Routine Segment is worst Segment to work . Amit Kumar Leads the routine segment and he is a career Spoiler. If You don't have work and have option to work under him better choose Vegetable selling instead of joining him .

You loose your personnel life if you are working here. No backup support if you are taking a leave, you have to complete all your work a day before.

The higher management is very friendly and amazing but the biggest problem I saw in that company was job security and average salary

Goals keep changing sometimes the managers don't even know how to handle there teams, and be aware of theives, not even office property is safe there
