No job security anytime they remove you and discrimination in salary and increment if you are experienced also they will not consider.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

... didn't fiend any thing so that I can suggest any one to work with this company. they really exploit their employees, hold their salary of more then 3 month T.A., D.A.s are always pending for more then 3-4 months, finally all the big names (senior employee) are left from their like Mr. Surendar Singh, Mr. Nimesh Thakur, Mr. Suresh Joshi and their is a huge list of people including Me as well

The company really do not deduct any thing in the name of PF even after asking in HR, the Politics in the Co. is Very bad satisfying the ego of just senior is really important it doesn't matter how best you are trying to give in the company

work environment is good. work life balance is also good. They give salary on time . Job security is not upto the mark. HR is not even responsible for ur stay in company or a termination. only a bad feedback from ur immidiate boss can lead u to a termination. decent Salary growth Pattern is there but there is a Horrible incentive policies. First two years of your joining U will not get any incentives. Allowances are not given properly.

No Job Security, worst policies about incentives and salary increment. No transparency in getting Promotion or Appraisal. No medical Insurance.
