Great work place as a fresher as a salary medium ita a excellent process . Self improvent . Team members are so gud and my manager is so cooperative .. some politics are there but it's totally depends on you how handle the situation and reaction .. I think every corporate sector there is a politics bt it's depends on u handle and reaction . that's it ..

In a cordlife science I think there is a huge requirement of marketing presence that's it.

Job security was there. Even if you are not meeting the target every month you'll get opportunities.

...on Sundays even. You have to be available on phone even after the working hours. Salary is not at all satisfactory

...is very good. Employee policies are excellent. Sense of security is very strong. Salary is always disbursed on time. Incentive policies are also very excellent.

Cordlife supported each and every employee by provided them salary without cut at time. Cordlife told us not work in the pandemic to stay us safe. Also provided mask, gloves, sanitizer and shield after lockdown for safety measures.
