Here you will get time for self learning but it depend on your project that how much you learn in project.if you are experience then you can work but in IT but for fresher in IT it is not overall good.

Less compensation for IT people. They assign any project to you whether you are selected for any language in IT. Not too much project Less increment according to IT people because you can earn more in call centre.

No trips, parties, average food, less salary package,low increment, no grand celebration of any festive season, slow promotion growth, improper functioning of A/c and poor management overall.

Biggest dislike is Salary not as per the market standards No cab facility or allowances for travelling Shouldn't have separate section for sick leave No job growth for atleast 2 years No bonus or appreciation in the form of money

Friendly and positive environment, no room for poltics. Perfect work-life balance once could ask for. Weekends off. A good place to start your career if your a fresher, you can up skill yourself.

Dislikes

Low salary, not even matching the standards of the market. Appraisals and all is not bad but you can't expect anything above 10%. Leaves depend upon the projects that your placed. So mostly you won't be able to get the public holidays in India.
