So when the Corona hit everyone, and all the international events had got either postponed or cancelled they didn't had no other strategy to keep the business going. So they had to fire their employees by telling them, that the employee is not good enough at his work, instead of telling the truth that they don't want to keep a hold of you since there is no work to do.
