Women harassment culture they never pay your salary if u resigned from there If you don’t flirt back with them they literally start partial with you (HR Depatt) They are disguisting if u goes against them they abuse you There is no job security (HR people claim “ek din m job se niklwa duga”) Job karna bhul jaogi these all words by HR Department Uppr management never know what is going in the premises Guys if you love peace and you career pls never go there

Politics higher level.job security very poor Higher management dont have ethics If u want to loose ur mental peace than join this company They higher people on high salary and spoil their career

Company culture is very plot MD is very narrow minded,they not understand employee need just beahve like slave No job secure,hire n fire policy In my tenure 5 to 8 people left this company Management like Only buttering people If u want to work 3 to 6 month than u may join

Job security is very poor they fire employee on the spot,every sarurday they terminate any employee without any reason HR makes you fool that your job is secure here and people spread bad rumors about company infact HR job is also not secure there,higher management at facyory only dummy's If you r gng to join this company ur jon only for six month

I worked at Coral Drugs Pvt Ltd. for six months and gained invaluable experience in quality control. I had a wonderful experience interacting with the HR team. They were extremely supportive and responsive. They not only addressed my concer and queries in a timely manner but also extended the same level of responsiveness to each and every employee of the company. Kudos to them for creating warm and welcoming environment..
