Its a great place to learn the corporate politics and how you can be easily ignored because you wont laugh at every joke of HRs and managers.

At the time of interview HR will do fake promise and leadership team backed them. do negotiation at those basis and never keep their words once you join. joining this company was the worst decision of my life. its a hell world.

The best part is that they have a dedicated team who keep their online image good. Post fake reviews in every review platforms and social media. Threaten the employees not to write anything negative about the company. Have dedicated "agreement" where employee have to sign at the time of joining. every employee have to give 5 start through their email id official and personal both.

I liked the projects that the Organization offered. Also I liked the coffee machine.

Dislikes

This organization is just filled with interns. More than 50% employees are interns. They don't have any management team at the moment since everybody resigned also the senior employees resigned as well(except 1-3 exceptions who are treating it as a government job and are in this organization for more than 5-10 years). The managers will miss plan projects and then from the very beginning when timelines are not met, the developers are asked to work 7 days a week. They are highly unethical as well, since they make fake promises to employee & then don't deliver when project is delivered. Also if you disagree with the manager (even if it is a professional conversation) they'll fire you without giving any reason. In my entire tenure in the company, I have seen multiple (more than 10-12) employees hassling for their experience letter no matter how long was their stay in the organization or how good they have performed. They believe that if someone has resigned from the Company, he is an enemy of the company. Adding on, the CEO will bring his multiple physical partners into the office to show off that he's the man and might even offer them a job in the office. The entire senior management has resigned in the past year because founders were very unprofessional in their conduct & organization is unstable from the core. Their is a huge disparity in the pay of a video editor & a developer. Being an IT Company, it doesn't make any sense. For example a developer with 1 year of experience is paid around 3 LPA where as a video editor with same YOE is paid around 12 + LPA and so on. Also the marketing team will ask you to login over GlassDoor and other websites to write reviews themselves from Employees' account & give full rating and best reviews.

At Copper, we have a diverse and dynamic workforce (if you stretch the definition of "dynamic"). It primarily consists of three fascinating species: 1️⃣ The Interns – Making up 80% of the company, these eager fresh grads run the show while being rewarded with "experience," LinkedIn recommendations, and unlimited exposure (to burnout). 2️⃣ The Damaads (VIP Tenured Guests) – These long-time employees (5–6 years in) have fully embraced the government job mindset, showing up just enough to be seen but not enough to be questioned. Retirement plans? Unclear. Workload? Also unclear. 3️⃣ The Bootlickers – Ah, middle management—the true masterminds who have cracked the code of "leadership" (which, in this case, means strategically forwarding emails, collecting credit for your work, and making sure nothing ever changes). Teamwork? Only when it involves stepping on others to climb the corporate ladder. Management: Grandmasters of Grand Delusions The COO and leadership team have perfected the fine art of corporate storytelling. Their core strengths include: ✅ Crafting motivational speeches ✅ Selling big dreams (delivery pending since inception) ❌ Actually following through on anything they promise If their KPIs were based on how many times they could say “soon” without actually doing anything, they’d be industry leaders. Appraisals & The Great Disappearing Act Half the company was "let go" because, apparently, there wasn’t enough work (never mind that they were the ones doing all of it). The justification? “We want to reward those who truly deserve it.” The outcome? Even after downsizing by 30%, they still couldn't manage proper appraisals. Maybe they need a calculator. Or a conscience. Final Verdict If you’re a fresh intern, a long-standing "VIP guest," or have a black belt in corporate diplomacy, Copper is your dream workplace! For everyone else? Join at your own risk—but at least you’ll walk away with some great stories.

No structure in hierarchy, no work life balance weekend working culture is deemed as common after being a 5 days organization. Oldies working there and surviving by pleasing management, leadership team is not at all realistic and reasonable. Don't go there you will regret after a week ....
