Bad Salary, poor increment, Mental harassment if you are junior level, Higher management supports only senior persons every time, they even don't want to listen the junior employee's side. Toxic work environment. If you are a junior and you are doing good than it is your job nothing special in this. But for seniors everything comes in outstanding category.

Likes

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...anagers are cooperative. Higher management appreciates your work and dedication. Compensation is good. Good job security.

Dislikes

...cies about leave. Office space could be better. Cafeteria and vendors are worst. No compensatory off/compensation for working on weekends. No Work from Home (apart from current covid 19 situation). No benefits apart from insurance. No team outings/team dinners. No team building activities.

...ders. seldom understand the concerns of employee. new opportunities are avoided. skills aren't upgraded ever in the name of cost cutting. actually they fear that resource will go to another employer if trained.have to be managers favourite if you want growth regardless if you are good or bad in your work
