Work pressure is not so high except this everything is bad.

Delay in salary and akshat gupta founder will hold your salary . It is start up company don't have a enough money to pay salary. They have a office in sector 47 inside the home. Poor management and please read offer letter carefully they will not give your salary if you termination or resign within 6 months.

I give 1 rating because 0 is not available. If we talking about coox this is totally waste of time. They use people and threw it. Aur ye jo positive reviews hai HR team ki kirpa hai😂 this is totally trap. Agar jaan ki baazi lagani ho toh welcome hai coox mai partners humesa maarne ki dhamki dete hai yaha tak ki office bhi pauch jaate hai. Koi bhi partners satisfied nhi hai enke saath work karke. En sab ka reason ek hi person hai MR sandeep ji.

Each and Everything From gatarchaap CEO akshat gupta to his chaatu and chamcha Manager sandeep. The employees were great but these guys bullied everyone mentally and emotionally. Akshat gupta has a fettish of holding salaries. He thinks he is the most intelligent person out there but trust me he is most irritating, self obsessed, proudy and dishonest guy you will ever meet. Working with them means making your life hell it's a red flat 🚩🚩 or in COOX language it's critical ❗️❗️❗️❗️ right akshat ?

Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
