Very poor company to work with..even the owner is pathetic in taking decisions..! Believe me work for small company but not coolberg

They won't give you any Ta/DA, once you put down the paper they won't give your salary. I resigned in the year of 2019. Still they are not ready to give Final settlement. Very rude Ceo. Unprofessional behaviour from entire head office team

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year
