Well, while I appreciate many aspects of our company, there a few areas where I believe there is room for improvement. Communication within the Organization, for instance, could be more streamlined. Sometimes, information doesn't flow as effectively as it could, which can lead to some confusion. I also think that the company could invest more in employee development programs. While there are growth opportunities, a more structured approach to career development would be beneficial. Lastly, the work-life balance, at times, can be bit challenging to maintain due to tight project deadlines. These are areas I believe we can work on to make our company even better.

The worst company that I ever worked it's been year I left this company I hvnt received my pf and salary still fighting for that issue not only me soo many like me
