I like everything about Convin, but especially the support, encouragement, and push I get from my team and mostly from my manager, which is something I always expected from my past companies. They don't only demand work from you; they also understand us and are very realistic on the assignments. I am really lucky to be a part of this organization and have such amazing mentors and the best CEO.

Working at Convin has been a treat. The managers have been really supportive and helpful throughout my time here. Even the CEO is approachable and provides feedback. There’s no strictness on timing, even though the work is remote, and there’s no shady stuff like screen tracking. People are nice, and everyone feels like part of this community. So far, it’s been a fun experience.

Dislikes

The salary is quite low compared to other organizations. Although there are reimbursements for travel, book purchases, and usual benefits like health insurance, the salary is still quite low. The only reason I accepted the offer was because it’s fully remote.

Convin is one of the great startups for freshers to gain insightful knowledge for their career development without being involved in the extreme intricacies of corporate culture. Work-life balance is fantastic. Cultural and occasional activities keep the environment engaging. It's great to be part of Convin.

Dislikes

Nothing Everything seems great. However, the focus should be on promotions and conversion to full-time employment after training and internship.
