Work-life balance is fantastic. Cultural and occasional activities keep the environment engaging. It's great to be part of Convin.

We need to cover up for the days we take leave. Like, if I'm going out for 3 days leaving people at home, am I expected to cook, clean, and get things done for next 3 days when I'm unavailable. Need substitutes who can take care of our work when we are unavailable and vice versa
