Convin is one of the great startups for freshers to gain insightful knowledge for their career development without being involved in the extreme intricacies of corporate culture. Work-life balance is fantastic. Cultural and occasional activities keep the environment engaging. It's great to be part of Convin.

Nothing Everything seems great. However, the focus should be on promotions and conversion to full-time employment after training and internship.

We need to cover up for the days we take leave. Like, if I'm going out for 3 days leaving people at home, am I expected to cook, clean, and get things done for next 3 days when I'm unavailable. Need substitutes who can take care of our work when we are unavailable and vice versa
