If u perform well u can expect 100 % salary hike which no other company does anywhere In the world...their infra is excellent huge organization with 500+ employees...salaries and incentives are best

There are multiple factors that keeps me motivating to work at conviction hr First is obviously salary hikes we get quarterly and secondly this company is very employee centric if we compare to other consulting firms

I've completed 11months here but till now there's not a single reason to hate anyone here

...lease don't join the banglore branch . Lots of politics double games in office . And no benifits from company they only 0ay u salary thts all no insurance no job safety no parking facility less brake time. Totally bad experience. Insted i recommend u to join job factory.

Your salary gets hike in every 3 months which makes you wanna come to work every single day :-)

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has global client base.

...senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes. And there are some salary issues as well. Which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time.
