...r worked with. They hire people on a contractual basis so job security is there. They also allow remote work too with a competitive salary as per industry standards. Office time is fixed and if work is more they pay more for extra time. They also allow for Self Improvement in Learning New things. Overall I'm heavily satisfied with the company and its work culture.

The only thing I dislike about them is you have to work as a self-starter.

...y fooling employees and customers in the name of conversion rate optimization. Job security is the only perk here and too because they pay you peanuts for it and the replacements are hard to come by because the candidate also ought to have 8 CGPA and ecommerce experience as a fresher.

Everything, there is nothing to like here. Your colleagues that join with you soon turn toxic trying to please the senior management. One particular team leader will literally bend over backwards and screw her own team to be in the good books of the management, which is again led by clueless people who just want to scam one client after another and keep them blind folded for as long as possible. None of their products work as advertised, the way they acquire customers is also through false promises. And they are busy launching half finished product as final versions, that don't work, and then when the client churns due to no results, the blame shifts to the business analysts for not doing their job properly.

...es, and the place is full of toxic CSM’s and Team leads who will harrass you. The only thing good here is on time salary and job security since every person keeps leaving in 3-4 months, and hiring takes time.

...lockdown, the company was clear on one point that is there won't be any lay off. In terms of job security and on time salary, i would say that i never had any problem. When i told my company that i have some internet issue they send me a dongle.

The only thing which i found wrong or rather unpleasant was the pity politics, poor work management, and sudden burden of work ( which is frequently).

I don't like anything about this company. Although some good people are there in this company. Worst experience ever.

Worst company ever. I had chicken pox and it takes 9-10 days to recover. But they didn't approve the leave and immediately told to look out for a new job.
