...he team is very supportive & will always stand by you. No Politics (till now)... No salary delays... The company has been quite supportive during the Covid-19 crisis. We have been allotted work from home, and also the company decided to close the premises way before the government had announced the lockdown. It was all done for the safety of the employees. None of the employees have been fired or sent on leave till date.. All the employees are working from the comfort of their home.. So this is a one of the positive side of the company.

Dislikes

The company is growing & the current strength is nearly 20. So you don't get to interact with very senior employees except 1 or 2. But the team building is still in process. So I hope to work with some more super senior employees in future.

I love working at here. Leadership team is very friendly and involved in staff meetings every month. The Director is at the office everyday and is very involved. The company has excellent core values, and they hold everyone to those. Overall, my working experience is fabulous.
