Now controlcase is sending all the testers onsite to various locations in Mumbai where the working hours are long and Controlcase is not even reimbursing the travel expenses incurred Onsite work is very hectic If you are giving an interview and they tell you that u will be posted onsite directly say no

Manager and working staff no names but people are third class with 0. Skills don't join in finance in control' case its a warning

No Knowledge Improvement, Doing Same Work Repeatedly, Controlcase Big Drwaback is They Hire Intern at 25K Stipend, Ask Them To Work For 1 year For Work Exp Certificate and All And After 1 year also They Didn't Give You Good Package!

low career growth , cast discrimination , only revolving around compliance but security much broader domain, they give high incentives to hold you at the company but they wont increase your CTC they would increase your incentives not recommended to person coming from different state to work in mumbai

Salary increment process is extremely mediocre. No work life balance. Unnecessary processes in place that distracts from core work.
