Peak micromanagement Collegues collaboration is extremely low No documentation for Process flow in SAP due to which you will be depended on collegues and eventually one will land up asking but not getting help Hectic travelling vs compensation what you get is not upto industry norms No support, everything you do on your own, in a new organization, induction is given and process is explained, which is done only once here and later you be depended on what you learnt from that single time induction, which is not enough for new person who joins, he may need support several time, but that time the collegues and staffs do not support. Nil in product development, the same products they are selling from last 1 decade. People who are working from long time in company drives the culture of the company and it is based on their perception about the working professional. Hire and fire.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
