Contracting Company BSC Engineer salaries in India

I like that salary is on time with benefits but there is no job security at all

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics. And they give preference to old employees like senior should get higher salary and junior should not.

The contrantacting company means like that one contract authority person take a tendor such government or private. Then he can recruite the engineers like as ( electrical, civil ) also he can provide manpower ( labour ) to complete the site work.

These type of companies is not provided permanant job.

I am very happy to work in contracting company,in these there are many things to learn such as labour management ,time management,contractor bills,material req for construction

Dislikes

one dislike is that you have to work hard and working hours are more with slightly good payment than client.

The treatement of the contractor is very diffrent from the permanent employees.

Dislikes

I don't dislike anything about my current manager.We occasionally have diffrensses of opinion, but i think thats healthy part of working in a team where all members are trying to do their best for the project.
