The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. Poor management, toxic work culture, no growth. HR doesn't have any knowledge about their profile. Once you join the organisation their task ends. You will have to survive by your own. No work life balance. quick turnaround of employees because of this.
