Working environment is good but salary is same it doesn't matter for how many years you work for the company

In this company growth is slow and you will not learn anything new in this company, no communication because its a blended process. Its a international process but you don't need to communicate with the customer.

Daily roaster changes week on week basis , no flexibility in working hours , you have to justify your 8.5 hrs of work, there is no fixed days off , nether there is any preference for the shift timing, you have to work according to roaster made

They dont care about workers well being. Workers get sent home for system issues without pay its not even our fault .Communication is lacking from Hr right down to management Needs to do better . The department which is a phone company that starts with a V has 2 managers name starting with T are extremely viscous just like the snake in the garden of Eden . PAY THE EMPLOYEES THEIR MONEY !!! its not their fault there is a system issue people have kids to feed !!

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. There is a cafeteria and gaming arcade. Company policy are good and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...Night Shifts (due to International Client) which actually affect your health, They provide Statuary Bonus on yearly basis but can't hike salary. Corporate Politics.
