No learnings No work life balance ( Depends on a project) Less Salary They don't even provide laptop, we need to work in Desktop even if it's work from home. Exit process is worst.

It is a good company for Fresher and provides opportunities to learn more techs

Dislikes

Work culture should be improved. Managers force us to work on weekends without pay. New management is biased to few team managers & leads. No support from HR team and the exit process was pathetic. No one cares the process and needs tremendous followups for after exit claim and final settlement. Avoid this company if any one looking for good employee support.

This company works like a propitery company. Specially BPO side, there is on AVP who thinks he has all the answers, very rude to his/her reportees. Works and gives credit to some of the managers whom he likes very much. He expect buttering and others also follow that path. Being qualified CA, he doesn't respect anyone. Very selfish guy.

The environment is really a great place to work . The people in the company help us to get lot of experience in work and help to grow in the careers. Best place to work and the lots to learn which will lead a better opportunities in future careers.

Nice company to start with. Get opportunity to work on number of projects in very small team that affect work life balance especially when any member is on vacation.But overall good place to learn new things.
