Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). Level 3 management of sonipat plant is not good and don't have potential to guide Level 2. Expectations of all is can other person their do but no guidence how to do. Everyone is taking care how his responsibilities transfered to other and he can live peacefully. No one wants to change their self but everyone wants results from subordinates.
