There is no in-house training available here. Some of the pricing team is very poor.

Good company, Good Owner, variable timing, company environment good, Mostly Helping & co-operative person, you won't ever realize when time will pass while working, etc

Dislikes

Not Conected Metro route, politics , Company have a potential to growth much better than now but some issue I not want to explain, Not a special cafeteria to spend some time in tea break, etc

If you good at fooling then you are in heaven, If you are touching Chairman Feet everyday then you are in good books and having good prospects. No botheration for Business.

Dislikes

Immature in Trade, Wrong at basics, Poor at resources handling, Poor at self assessment, Poor at compliance, Nourshing dogs instead of lions. Business in hand is highly damaged, Customers compromised.

# No work life Balance # No employee benefit programs # No Job security for employees # Not even a place where you can eat your food, you have to sit and eat at your place only. #No clean water to drink # You cannot get up from your seat even for 10 minutes.

My workplace is conveniently located close to my house (around 12-13 kms), so it definitely saves time and energy.

Dislikes

There's zero or barely any increment in 2-3 years. No canteen facility or even a proper place to sit and have lunch is available. Although, the company boosts about being the top 10 Logistic companies in India but things inside it are in complete disarray. Employees generally after working for 1-2 years start to feel suffocated and move on to something better. Companies in Gurgaon are much better than this one.
